Non-Disclosure Agreement for The Elite Investor Mindset Group (EIMG)

**Only Valid Upon Application Acceptance to The Mastermind Community

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between The Elite Investor Mindset Group (EIMG), hereinafter referred to as the "Program Provider," and the undersigned individual, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant," collectively referred to as the "Parties," on date of application completion.

Purpose:

The Participant acknowledges that they will gain access to proprietary information, materials, and strategies related to real estate investing through the Program Provider's mastermind group.

Confidential Information:

The Participant agrees not to disclose any information provided in the community, including but not limited to course materials, strategies, techniques, and any other proprietary information shared by the Program Provider, to any third party without prior written consent from the Program Provider.

Non-Disclosure:

The Participant agrees to keep all information obtained during the program confidential and not to disclose, directly or indirectly, any information to any third party for any reason whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information via social media, online forums, or any other public or private platform.

Non-Compete:

The Participant agrees not to use any information obtained during the program to compete with the Program Provider or to create a similar program following the completion or cancellation from the program.

Intellectual Property:

The Participant acknowledges that all materials provided during the program, including but not limited to videos, documents, templates, and any other content, are the intellectual property of the Program Provider and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

Enforcement:

The Parties agree that any breach of this Agreement may result in legal action and remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief and monetary damages.

Duration:

This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely, even after the Participant has completed the program.
